Our client is an esteemed clearing and forwarding agent who offer in-house services such as forex, trade finance, insurance and clearing and forwarding.
They are on the hunt for a driven, meticulous and self-starter Key Account Manager to form part of this brand new role.
Duties: - Review client status reports sent by Controllers.
- Maintain and grow client relationships.
- Update and maintain the CRM.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain and grow current client base.
- Update clients on market trends.
- Prepare newsletters for clients.
- Manage SOP's.
- Source new business when required.
Requirements: - Matric.
- 2-3 years experience in a commercial role within clearing and forwarding.
- Experience with all modes of transport, imports, exports and cross trades.
- ShipShape experience is advantageous.
