Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and build predictive models.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of scorecard strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters or Ph.D degree in a quantitative field, i.e. statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or other related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in a data science related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solving complex problems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation, visualization libraries, machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Experience or completed coursework in cloud-based computing platforms like AWS.
