Lehigh University is seeking a dedicated Associate Director, Professional and Intellectual Engagement (Position Number S8550) to join our Development and Alumni Relations team. In this crucial role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our institution by developing and executing opportunities for Lehigh Alumni.
As an Associate Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate programs and projects to promote alumni engagement through Professional Alliances.
- Develop and implement graduate alumni engagement strategy to develop and manage a program for engaging graduate alumni.
- Develop a program for engaging Greek alumni.
- Support other members of the Alumni Relations team and DAR colleagues and complete general office duties as expected.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five to eight years of related work experience.
- Proven experience in engaging alumni and managing development programs, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively connect with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate events, and analyze data to inform future programming.
