Responsibilities:
- Lead incident and problem management as well as incident resolution against the SLA.
- Create and maintain processes, standards, and policies in relation to IT Asset management and Configuration Management.
- IT configurations monitoring and maintenance - ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
- Analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot current IT configurations - identify improvement areas and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Evaluate changes prior to CAB seatings and highlight risks identified at CAB sessions.
- Conduct training for Configuration management and policies annual reviews.
- Monitor, conduct audits on IT Assets, and manage and maintain IT Storerooms.
- Keep accurate records of all IT assets and assist with procurement processes.
- Provide asset management training, adherence to storeroom protocols, and asset replacements.
- Support ITSM, incident and problem management, change and release management as well as Asset administrators.
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in IT, computer science or similar.
Advantageous Qualifications:
• ITIL Release Control and Validation V3, ITIL Service Transitioning V3, ITIL V4 Create, Deliver and Support, ITIL V4 Drive Stakeholder Value.
