EO seeks a Vice President, Business Development for Strategic Alliance Partners to drive exponential growth in the global organization through institutional partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a vision for institutional partnerships to feed meaningful and accelerated growth into the EO ecosystem.
- Collaborating with Chapter and Committee leaders and existing partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Working with existing partnership teams to leverage partnerships for member growth.
- Identifying and approaching potential partners for mutually beneficial structures.
- Negotiating and closing partnerships, and managing partner relationships.
- Evaluating and communicating partnership results to the Senior Leadership Team and the organization.
- Partnering with the Marketing & Communications team to deploy internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Aligning with key EO stakeholders to build trust, awareness, and long-term relationships.
- Remaining abreast of global market trends and competitive landscape.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in any field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in seeking out, cultivating, and closing major B2B partnerships.
- Experience in affinity marketing/business strategy, including global affinity/referral marketing, affiliate and integrated partnerships and sponsorship programs.
- Ability to accommodate global travel and flexible working hours.
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.
- Exercises confidentiality and discretion.
