Remote Client Payment Risk Analyst

Objective: The Client Payment Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and proactively managing potential client payment risks, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of risk management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify clients at risk by taking charge of all clients with NSF.
- Review entries on the Risk Management Dashboard.
- Assess potential payment risks and follow company protocols to manage these risks.
- Communicate with clients by phone and through tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Suggest improvements for handling frequent issues and work with the manager to implement these enhancements.
- Notice patterns in issues and help suggest improvements to enhance the risk management process.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on performance.

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
