Reporting to the Lodge Manager, the Relief Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of lodge activities, providing five-star guest experiences, and supporting the lodge team. This position demands an individual with a balance of strong leadership, administrative capability, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Lead and support team members in delivering a memorable and professional guest experience.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining organized records and communications.
- Coordinate with the Lodge Manager and other departments to ensure seamless lodge operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a five-star guest environment, ideally within a remote setting.
- Strong guest engagement skills with the ability to connect and respond to guest needs.
- Solid administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
Systems Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Travelyst and Apex is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license for remote lodge travel needs.
- Between 3 - 5 Years of experience.
