As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the consumer marketing strategies for multiple product categories and market segments. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize customer campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
- Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms.
- Analyze customer cohorts and drive initiatives to improve growth key cohorts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and brands to drive experiments for key programs.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness, continuously improving programs and site initiatives.
- Champion the brand guidelines to ensure country level brand marketing compliance.
- Audit traffic funnel and provide weekly/ monthly insights on gaps to topline goal.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
- Marketing experience.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
