Develop & Deploy: Design, deploy, and monitor software solutions that meet essential business requirements
Support & Collaborate: Provide production support, participate in agile ceremonies, and play an active role in sprint planning
Ensure Quality: Write high-quality code that aligns with industry standards and meets all testing criteria
Skills & Experience:
Java Expertise: Minimum 4+ years in Java development and 3+ years in J2EE
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Java Server Pages, Servlets, DevOps tools (GIT, Gradle), and RESTful APIs
Bonus Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM WebSphere, SQL Server, and financial applications in life insurance
Qualification:
Education: Grade 12 (essential), with a Computer Science degree/diploma recommended
Certification: Java certification is advantageous
