Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in Recruitment for a Recruitment Agency
- At least 2 years experience as a recruiter in a Recruitment Agency
- Experience working on Job Boards, Boolean Search, LinkedIn, etc.
- Head-hunt candidates and motivate them to apply for specific jobs
- Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates
- Format CVs according to agency specifications
- Ensure information on the candidate database is captured and updated
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with 1 new role every day
- Fill live vacancies
