Established International Software Solutions Company based in Johannesburg is looking to employ a Senior Program/Project Manager to join their team and be responsible for managing IT projects/programs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and managing multiple complex customer facing IT Projects and Programs
- Lead and manage multiple customer facing software delivery engagements
- Stakeholder engagement
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure that revenue forecasts, budgets and invoices are accurate and tracked regularly
- Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
- Identify need for changes and revise within established guidelines/policies.
- Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery.
- Address performance issues within prescribed guidelines.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification - Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent essential
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP will be advantageous
- Minimum 10 years experience in managing complex IT software projects within Financial Services / Capital Market or Investment Banking
- Experience working with SME's in developing scope of large programs
- Solid understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Data migration, Integration, Consolidation, Profiling and Cleansing
