Microsoft 365 Specialist
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365.
- 8 years of experience in implementation and administration of Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features within M365.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
Duties:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Deploy and configure M365 applications and services to meet organizational requirements.
- Customize and optimize M365 settings based on user needs and company policies.
- Administration and Support:
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the M365 environment.
- Provide technical support for M365 applications, addressing user issues and resolving technical problems.
- Monitor and maintain the health and security of the M365 environment.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate collaboration by configuring and managing SharePoint and Teams environments.
- Implement and support communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Yammer.
- Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on M365 features and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect data within M365.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data storage and communication.
