Sales Executive
Sparta Foods in Welkom is looking for a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for providing customer service, which includes maintaining customer relations, sales and related admin, logistics, and market research.
Requirements
- A relevant degree and/or 5 years' sales or customer relation management experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Preparedness to work weekends and overtime when required
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain successful business relationships with customers at buyer to top management level
- Actively seek new customers and engage with potential customers
- Regular visits to customers
- Identify new product development opportunities by analyzing customer needs and liaising with the Product Development department
- Introduce new products to the market
- Report on KPIs, market activity, and current projects
- Keep up with market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and company objectives
- Assist with and resolve client queries within company agreed timelines and provide feedback to all relevant parties
- Prepare and present professional presentations to customers
