We will rely on you to:
- Consult to a portfolio of clients
- Provide appropriate advice, excellent client service, and project management
- Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and service providers
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are on file and services align with their terms
- Develop an annual year plan for each client and adhere to deliverables
- Attend management committee meetings and review minutes
- Negotiate with insurers/service providers
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of best practices
What you need to have:
- Experience in a retirement fund consulting role
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- RE 05 (Representatives Exam) - Passed
- FAIS compliant
