Job description: Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading telecommunications company in search of a proactive and driven NW Light Area Manager to join their team in the GP region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and operations of the NW Light network within the GP area.
- Ensure network availability and reliability to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor network performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and develop a team of network technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in networking.
- Prepare and present reports on network performance and project updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in network management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of NW Light technologies and network protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and network management software.
- Flexibility to travel within the GP area as needed.
