The Campus Head will oversee the quality of academic delivery, human resources, sales, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a sales team to drive new business and government sales
- Leading a team of lecturers and ensuring high-quality academic delivery
- Attending career expos to promote the business
- Managing operations and facilities to ensure smooth campus operations
- Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are met
The ideal candidate will have:
- A 3-year qualification in Business or Management/Sales & Marketing
- Proven sales management skills and previous management experience
- A strong track record of driving sales growth and managing teams
- At least 3-5 years of experience in branch management activities of a small to medium-sized company
Salary: R480 000 plus commission and potential for an annual bonus.
