You will be encouraged and supported to develop your entrepreneurial skills and given an opportunity to grow your own business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a team of financial advisers
- Supervise financial advisers
- Weekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisers
- Provide financial advice to your own clients
- Monitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager
- You have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisor
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in financial services - must be out of supervision
