The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and assigning client-facing staff, through consultation with management of the business, to specific client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and assign Assurance staff on assignments using Retain software system.
- Liaise with staff and Directors/Managers regarding staffing and handle all queries thereof.
- Ensure that all jobs are staffed effectively.
- Source staff for Assurance managers - Local & National.
- Leave management for all staff in the group.
- Implement & follow all operational processes, including bi-weekly operational meetings.
- Engage with Resource Planners locally, nationally, and across Service Lines regarding opportunities and potential secondments for Assurance staff.
- Reporting: planned vs. chargeable analysis, timesheet summary, individual month-to-date and year-to-date productivity, etc.
- Monitor register of unassigned staff and facilitate their assignment to clients.
- Major clients: Directors, Commercial Senior Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Administration Diploma (preferable).
- 3 - 5 years administration experience in a corporate/professional services project environment.
