What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Assist with end-to-end sourcing activities, i.e., RFP/RFQ.
- Participate in procurement management monitoring.
- Guide and train BO on executing the vendor process with Procurement.
- Ensure all TPRM assessments and contracts remain valid with zero tolerance for expiration whilst work is still required.
- Assist in resolving issues relating to Vendor Management and maintaining vendor compliance.
- Involvement in projects that require procurement and vendor management support cross-functionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Procurement.

Education required:
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
- BCom Degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics (Essential).
Good academic transcripts are essential; we will not consider anyone below 60%. Please note that you must provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying.
Language required:
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
Other requirements:
- Program commences 1st of February 2025; must be able to join.
- Problem solving.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization technologies (e.g., Qlikview, Excel, PBI).
- Strong understanding of data visualization and data management concepts.
