Inventory Controller
The Inventory Controller will manage and control all aspects related to Nkomazi Kruger Lodge cost and control across the two resorts. You will centralise all inventories and be accountable for the following responsibilities.
The Inventory Controller will be responsible for inventories, budgets, cost control and reports of the Lodge’s food, beverages, and consumables, providing financial valuable support to the teams, and contributing to positive business outcomes, through informed analysis and reporting. He/she will manage the effort to keep teams on track and motivated, ensuring best results while delivering an outstanding product to our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages all incoming, stock, and outgoing product counts
- Keeps daily detailed records of all inventory levels
- Manages and maintains inventory location and organisation in conjunction with production
- Orders required stock for all departments within the company
- Keep track of inventory levels from incoming and outgoing orders
- Performs monthly cycle counts of the entire stock count
- Predicts future stock requirements based on past order data and future scheduling needs
- Ensures the timely delivery of all items ordered by departments
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Creates and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential required function of this position
- Ensure that the inventory management system is kept updated
- Ensuring our company standards and procedures of inventory control are in place and maintained
- Inventory and stock reporting and budgeting
- Participate in the logistic planning
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in inventory control environment
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently and with teams
- Able to interact with all levels of management, vendors, and clients
