Finance Administrator
Our client, based in Alberton North, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must be available immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Invoicing clients and accepting payments
- Reconciling invoices on a monthly basis
- Allocating electronic payments
- Sending reconciliation statements monthly to clients
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Data Capturing
- Corresponding with clients telephonically and via e-mail
- Handling of Petty cash
- Assisting Directors with documentation
- Clock cards for payroll submission
- Vehicle license renewals
- Filing of all paperwork, debtors/creditors
- Collection of parts occasionally
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Sage one Accounting
- Preferably reside within the Alberton area
Package & Remuneration
R14,000.00 p/m CTC
