Duties: - Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidation.
- Oversee the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off.
- Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Serve as a company secretary, ensuring compliance across the group.
- Manage reporting packs and coordinate external audit processes.
- Direct the annual preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and handle tax computation and submission.
- Monitor investee performance on a monthly basis.
- Play a key role in valuation preparation and review.
- Manage covenant monitoring and debt management processes.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12).
- BCom Accounting.
- BCom Honours.
- CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA.
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant role and financial manager experience.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Preferably, experience in a holding company or diverse group setting.
- CaseWare knowledge highly advantageous.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player with high integrity.
