Operations/Warehouse Manager
Our client, a leader in the Automotive components manufacturing, is looking for an Operations/Warehouse Manager based in Pretoria.
The Operations/Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all Inbound, Inventory Management, and Outbound processes up to supplying components to the Ford Plant, which is across the road from our Warehouse.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 5x Direct Reports: Shift Manager, HRM, Maintenance Manager, Inventory Manager, Ops Manager.
- 220 indirect reports.
- Manage the Inbound Process by ensuring that all stock received is in an acceptable condition and is properly documented.
- Product preservation.
- Manage MHE and other resources required to run this facility.
- Customer relations.
- Finance & Budget Management.
- Employee Relations.
- Operations Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- NQF 6 Qualification or above in either Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 5 years Warehouse/Operations Management experience in the Automotive sector.
