Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a Recruitment Agency, understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques and matching (needs to be structured and routine oriented). A passion for Recruitment is essential.
- Sound judgement, excellent work ethics, and strong integrity are essential.
- Well organized, with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly client-centric, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills (both verbal and written).
- An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, an inquiring mind, and a thorough approach to assessing information (looking for a pit-bull who is resilient and meticulous!).
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
Duties
- Handle the full permanent placement recruitment processes end to end, managing both clients and candidates with finesse, responding to their needs with precision and ensuring timely delivery that goes beyond expectation.
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships while fully understanding their requirements and finding them the best staff for their organization.
- Employ recruitment methods to attract and headhunt candidates, evaluate their CVs, assess suitability, verify information, and interview them to present to clients.
- Negotiate offers of employment.
