MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Agricultural background (cattle) essential
- Must have good stockmanship
- Strong management and communication skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- All aspects relating to feedlot operations including overseeing personnel, cattle handling, and housekeeping.
- Strong experience working with cattle.
