They are looking for a commercially aware Account Manager with experience in Direct Mail to assist them in delivering this exceptionally high service to its extensive list of blue chip accounts.
As Account Manager, your role will be to act as a representative for our client, therefore you must have a professional mannerism and be a confidently effective communicator, to help them build long-term beneficial relationships internally and externally.
Key Accountabilities:
- To respond timely and professionally to all customer requirements, and to work in close partnership with Sales Representatives.
- To both perform the role and maintain documentation, in accordance with both the Account Management Process and the DM Account Management Process.
- To Account Manage all types of work that is produced by the company. To provide quotations where necessary.
- To work closely and effectively with all internal departments.
We are looking for someone who is eager to be an active member of our client’s team – a flexible employee, with the ability to manage your own work load, along with exhibiting proactive planning and organisational skills. An analytical mind set with great numeracy and literacy skills are also important.
