Your responsibilities
Planung von Rückbau-, Sanierungs- und Herrichtungsmaßnahmen
Durchführung von Bestandsaufnahmen und Gefahrstofferkundungen in Gebäuden und Anlagen
Betreuung von Maßnahmen zur Altlasten- und Grundwassersanierung
Erstellung von Studien, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Kostenschätzungen
Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen, Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen und Dokumentationen
Erstellung von Angeboten, Kostenkontrolle, Vorbereitung von Beschlussvorlagen
Bauherrenvertretung, Fachbauleitung und Objektüberwachung
Kommunikation mit Kunden, Behörden und Planungspartnern
Termin-, Budget- und Qualitätskontrolle bei der Steuerung der Rückbauprojekte
Your profile
Abgeschlossenes natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) der Fachrichtungen Geologie, Bauingenieur-/Umwelt-/Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Kompetenz in der technischen, organisatorischen und wirtschaftlichen Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Rückbau- und Altlastensanierungsmaßnahmen im Industriesektor mit Erfahrung bei Projektplanung und -steuerung
Verantwortungs-, Qualitäts-, Sicherheitsbewusstsein
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Eigenorganisation
Sachkunde gemäß TRGS 519, 521 und DGUV R101-004
HSSE-Qualifikation: SCC, Nebosh, SiGeKo
Gute Kenntnisse im elektronischen Abfallnachweisverfahren (eANV)
Arbeitsschutzuntersuchungen G1.2, G26, G41, Höhentauglichkeit
