Masterparts Modderfontein General Admin Clerk We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced person in the automotive aftermarket at a new warehouse in Modderfontein. The start date will be 1 February 2025. The ideal candidate is a well-organised and professional Admin Clerk with attention to detail. The position requires you to work Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday. Duties include: Before the opening of the warehouse: Initially, you will assist Human Resources with the administration of recruitment, arranging interviews, and the meet and greet of interviewees Assist with odd tasks while we establish the new warehouse After the opening of the warehouse: Daily cash up and reconciliation of payments Reconcile and report daily takings Banking Investigate and report any irregularities in sales, payments, or credits Administer and replenish petty cash Fulfil limited Debtors function and coordinate with the Head Office Debtors department Maintenance of account information by liaising with Head Office (data errors, change of names, addresses, contact information, etc) Maintain and maintain a high standard of recordkeeping and filing Assisting Branch Management with ad hoc tasks as required Relieving Cash & COD Clerk as needed Relieving switchboard operator as needed Ad hoc duties as required.
