Position: Diesel Mechanic
Location: Must reside in Durban, near Rossburgh preferably.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair all company vehicles.
- Advise management on all maintenance and repairs.
- Report all major repairs to be conducted.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed in workshop and on breakdowns.
- Ensure a list of spares is ordered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of workshop consumables and vehicle parts.
- Working knowledge of Scania trucks (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and transport.
- Willingness to work after hours on breakdowns.
License/Certification:
- Drivers license (Preferred)
