Job Description
To lead and direct the creation and execution of a leadership development strategy and programmes that are future-fit to support the business strategic imperatives.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: develop and execute a comprehensive, world-class, contemporary strategy for developing leaders at all levels of the organisation.
- Programme design: design innovative and effective leadership development programmes, that incorporate next and best practices and stay updated on industry trends keeping programmes fresh and relevant.
- Thought leadership: generate pioneering ideas, insights, and opinions and share them with others to influence, inspire, and lead the business and human capital.
- Talent Pipeline Development: partner with colleagues in talent management in nurturing high potential leaders, ensuring a robust pipeline for future leadership opportunities.
- Global Perspective: consider global perspectives and cultural nuances in leadership development initiatives, maintaining the optimum balance between global mindset and local relevance.
- Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to integrate leadership development into talent strategies.
- Impact and measurement: establish measurable metrics to evaluate solutions, demonstrate impact and enhance overall quality of programmes.
