Job Description: Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Create an efficient and conflict free workplace.

Qualifications: - Diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist proven experience required.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Recruitment experience.
- Basic understanding of labor legislations.
- Understanding of CCMA processes.
- Able to work independently.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
