Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Operations Manager at MCE Electric, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of warehouse staff. Your expertise in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership will be crucial in ensuring our warehouse operates at peak efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Coordinate outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Stock Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimising discrepancies.
- Shipment Coordination: Manage the shipment process, ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Process Optimisation: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Analyse data and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and morale. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Safety Standards: Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in inventory management.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experiencein warehouse and logistics operations, including knowledge of inventory management systems and industry best practices
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
