Contract Renewal and Follow-up: Reach out to customers with expiring contracts to negotiate renewals. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell other Aquadam products. Lead Generation and Sales: Research potential customers and generate new sales leads. Establish first contact with prospects through phone, email, or online channels. Qualify leads and set appointments for the external sales team if needed. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and targets. Track KPIs and adjust efforts to meet sales objectives. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
