Requirements: What you need to qualify: NQF 7 qualification, with a strong academic record (Essential) Having a qualification in one of these disciplines is advantageous: Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Communications, Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Data Science, Investments, IT, Industrial Psychology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Clinical Associate, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Be unemployed with less than 2 years working experience Be a South African citizen under the age of 35 years, as this is a Youth development programme Not have participated in a similar programme before Have a strong desire to work in financial services, more specifically in the Insurance Industry Have evidence of extra mural participation and leadership roles Be highly curios and willing to learn.
