We are looking for an experienced IT Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues and assisting with the management of the service board as needed. Responsibilities: · Address and resolve challenging support tickets. · Tackle system engineering-related issues. · Assist in managing the service board when required. Requirements: · Strong understanding of network infrastructure. · Expertise in Microsoft 365 systems. · Proficiency with Azure cloud services. · Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP). · Strong English and communication skills . · Availability to work Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST Key Skills: · Independent and self-motivated. · Highly skilled and organized. · Confident in handling challenging technical issues. · Proven MSP experience.
