Duties: Installing and commissioning computer hardware and software. Maintain customer desktop and networking equipment. Analyzing and solving any serious problems that arise at customer sites. Manage and resolve all calls placed for the Desktop Support environment. Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction that meets the Service Level Agreement (SLA) A or equivalent certificate in IT Minimum 1 year work experience Must be hands on The ability solve problems when they arise. Willing to travel. Must have a valid drivers license. Sound ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
