You will work closely with the AWS team and the Sales team in strategically equipping partners (ISVs - Independent Software Vendors and SMBs - Small and Medium-sized Businesses) to fully realize the value of the Cloud Service / Program through structured support and funded initiatives, to leverage cloud benefits, driving their success with cloud adoption.
It involves:
- Partner assessments to assess partner eligibility for the Program (Accelerate Development Program ).
- Provide and manage onboarding, end-to-end structured support and guidance for selected partners throughout the program (with help from AWS) .
- Support Initiatives: Participate in weekly cadence calls to discuss updates, progress, and next steps on ongoing projects or initiatives.
- Attend cloud enablement workshops to get partners to buy into the value of partnering with AWS .
- Build a team of motivated PDMs whom you will guide and grow to deliver best-in-class partner experience, achieve targets, and ultimately grow the business, etc.
Requirements: - +5 years partner enablement experience.
- +2 years project management experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Experience in enabling ISVs, and SMB markets, some from the Public Sector.
Nice To Haves: - An AWS Certification OR proven record of own learning applied to the cloud (preferably AWS).
