MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To lead, plan, manage, monitor and evaluate Seda provincial network operations in delivering support services to Small Enterprises in line with Seda strategy and policies.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Manage the Provincial network and provide leadership, direction, support and advice to the Provincial network.
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with all relevant stakeholders and effectively communicate with media in order to promote and advance the Seda vision, mission and mandate.
- Infrastructure Management.
- People Management.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor Degree plus Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Operational Management or Business Administration.
- Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) as added advantage.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 8 -10 years work experience in Operations Management of which at least 5 years must have been in a management position.
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to SMME development.
- Knowledge of the PFMA and Procurement related policies.
- Knowledge and understanding of communications and stakeholder management requirements and processes.
- Programme and Project management experience.
