Summary:
The Account Engagement Manager will connect with clients, coordinate sales meetings, and lead targeted campaigns. This role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, educating clients, and managing CRM data. Commissions are performance-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with 70% existing and 30% new clients.
- Qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Lead campaigns, especially on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Educate clients post-acquisition and maintain CRM data.
Qualifications:
- Telemarketing, sales, or account management experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
- B2B experience, ideally in telecoms.
