Requirements and Responsibilities: Maintain positive relationships with customers. Regular meetings with Store Managers/Owners and do sales reviews including listing of new lines. Keeping up with the current sales trends on opposition brands Identifying new customers to achieve targets based on new business. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to perform under pressure. Excellent selling and negotiation skills Negotiate prices, trading terms, and price increases. Be knowledgeable about all products/SKUs. Arranging in-store promotions with survey reports and customer feedback on promotional lines. Working to a call cycle and time keeping is critical. Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals. Investigate problems prepare reports develop solutions and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer needs. Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques. Managing and achieving monthly targets and KPIs. Implementing recommended selling prices. Always ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer relations Travelling throughout the territory and visiting customers on a recurring basis.
