Key Responsibilities: - Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

- Cost Control: Manage and monitor costs across departments to optimize financial performance.
Requirements: Educational Qualification : Minimum of a BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 8 years in a financial management role, preferably within the agricultural or similar industry.
Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge : Familiarity with agriculture sector operations is an asset.
