Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to understand their financial needs
- Promote our financial products and services to potential clients, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Promote our financial products and services to existing and new brokers, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their clients needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with newly introduced clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in business development in the commercial finance industry will be beneficial
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
