Direct engineers to meet technical needs and ensure project deliverables. Support management in business development activities and future projects. Assist with personnel management during ramp-up phases. General administration of responsible groups, including leave approval.Requirements:
- B Eng. or M Eng. degree in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree is a plus

- Proficiency in Electric Vehicle architecture design, sub-systems design, HV systems, battery management, high power DC charging, thermal management, HVAC systems, VCU and BCM controllers, MATLAB/SIMULINK/CODER, EV safety design, ISO26262 safety standards, harness design, CAN bus, e-axles, PM motors, regen optimization, alternative fuel systems, eMotor and eTransmission integration.

Responsibilities: Lead Advanced Powertrain Projects
- Oversee and technically direct all advanced powertrain projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Develop and oversee vehicle architecture and infrastructure requirements for advanced powertrain systems.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluations, and selections to ensure high-quality component integration.
- Develop and execute test and validation specifications, achieving a 100% project deliverables completion rate on time and within scope.
- Ensure the technical performance of products meets the relevant requirement specifications.
Lead Advanced Powertrain Projects
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers, designers, and technical specialists.

Drive Innovation and Strategy for Alternative Drive Solutions

- Develop requirements specifications for alternative drive vehicles by engaging appropriate resources and stakeholders.
- Establish alternative powertrain development and integration capability at Triz, launching at least two new innovative projects annually.
Enhance Business Development and Team Capabilities
- Support management in business development activities, leading to a 15% increase in new project acquisitions.
- Develop and recruit key capabilities in support of Triz's overall strategy, reducing critical skill gaps by 30%.

Ensure Legal and Safety Compliance

Optimize Financial Performance and Efficiency
