Key Performance Areas:
You’ll play a central role in deal origination, executing investment transactions, and managing a portfolio of high-profile investments. Specifically, you will:
- Lead market analysis, opportunity assessments, and investment strategy development
- Structure deals, support negotiations, and draft term sheets
- Create complex financial models (Debt Financing, LBO, Valuations)
- Oversee due diligence processes (Commercial, Financial, ESG, Tax, Legal)
- Conduct interviews with management, customers, and suppliers
- Prepare and present detailed reports for Investment Committees
- Review legal agreements and manage conditions precedents
- Actively manage portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance
- Prepare quarterly portfolio valuations and investor reports
- Sit on the boards and committees of portfolio companies
- Support fundraising initiatives to drive further growth
