The Lending Solutions Finance Manager oversees the structured lending portfolio for South Africa and overall Lending Solution for Africa Regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Analysis
- Risk Management
- Portfolio Management
- Planning and Forecasting
Additional responsibilities involve:
- Monitoring and optimizing portfolio performance while identifying growth opportunities.
- Developing strong client relationships and offering customized lending solutions.
- Collaborating with senior management to enhance the structured lending business and profitability.
- Preparing reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for stakeholders.
- Delivering on ad hoc requests from group finance and business in a timely manner.
- Completing and/or reviewing analytical investigations on a continuous basis as well as ad hoc projects.
- Collaborating and adhering to the reporting team deliverables.
- Examining industry trends and influencing business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at varying levels of responsibility to achieve business objectives.
- Recommending measures of improvement for stakeholders and finance stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting
Experience Required:
5-7 years’ experience in a financial or management accounting role. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Experience in value management and profitability analysis.
