From day one, we invest in our Business Officers, offering sector-leading pay, benefits and training to support a meaningful career where you will make a difference every day.We are looking for 2 dedicated, full time Business Officers to join us permanently in supporting our Reablement Duty and Compliance teams within Prevention & Early Intervention. We are committed to finding the right fit for these two important roles.Successful candidates will join a team of motivated professionals, collaborating with a range of specialists within Prevention & Early Intervention, to deliver the best outcomes for residents of Cambridgeshire. These roles require flexibility, proactivity in problem solving, and positive engagement with colleagues, partners, and service providers alike.We offer a hybrid working approach, allowing you to work from both an office location and home, once fully trained. With multiple locations across Cambridgeshire, your office base will be assigned on appointment. As Prevention and Early Intervention Services operate over 7 days a week, one of these roles will include occasional weekend and evening shifts. The closing date is 24th November 2024. Interviews will be held face-to-face at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon PE28 4YE, week commencing 2nd December 2024.About youTo thrive in these roles, you should have: Proficiency with Windows & Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet) and the ability to learn new IT systems effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written along with a collaborative team spirit and a positive, can-do attitude. A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. A solid understanding of GDPR regulations.
