Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in compliance? Are you ready to support a dynamic Talent Team in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Compliance Assistant to join us on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract and make an immediate impact! We are looking for someone immediately available.
What you will do
As a Compliance Assistant in the Talent Team, you will ensure that our recruitment and onboarding processes meet compliance standards. You’ll work closely with the Talent team to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting a seamless candidate and colleague experience. You will also:
Conduct pre-employment compliance checks, including right-to-work verifications, background screening, and reference checks.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with legal and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate records of compliance documentation in line with data protection laws.
Support audits and reporting by providing thorough and timely documentation.
Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries within the Talent Team.
Who you are
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative compliance-focused role.
Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with compliance tools and systems. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
