Your Role

Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

Provide guidance for & steer junior business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling)

Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes; Drive adaptation of E2E business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing

Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system; Support the definition and conduction of functional test cases

Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)

Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training

4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business; Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management)

Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modelling

Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
