Candidates will be responsible for: Daily reporting - Preparation and submission of the daily LSP Performance Report. Preparation and submission of DRA Loading Report. Preparation and submission of Daily Loading Order Discrepancy Report. Preparation and submission of the Daily Truck Status Report.
Performance Reporting - Preparation and submission of the Month-End Performance Report. Preparation and submission of the Monthly LSP Loading Schedules. Submission of performance approvals to LSPs. Verification and submission of performance invoices for payment. Follow-up on outstanding invoices. Updating the performance schedule. Resolution of performance-related queries.
Export License Control - Updating the export licenses schedule with new data. Maintaining records of export licenses. Resolution of Export License Queries.
Query Resolution - Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all queries related to your function. Queries to be followed up until resolved.
Correct and Efficient Utilization of Company Share Drive - Ensure all the necessary are up to date as well as historical reports, templates and documents are saved on the Company Share Drive under the correct folder.
Response time - Timely and efficient response time on all communication via email, WhatsApp and WeChat. In the case of queries communication to be done daily up until resolution (whether during work hours or after hours)
Basic salary of R 20 000.00 to R 25 000.00 on offer depending on experience and qualifications, benefits to be discussed.
