The primary focus of the Business Generation Representative (BGR) is to generate pipeline through targeted marketing events for our company. Pipeline is primarily generated through pre and post event outreach via multi-channel touchpoints including phone, email, and social outreach. As a BGR, you will act as the first contact for many prospects who are starting sales cycles for industry specific solutions. A BGR qualifies prospects and produces quality leads & opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
As a Business Generation Representative, you will act as the first contact for many prospects with outbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies prospects and produce quality leads for the Sales Force.

Business Development Representative
Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound calls, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, individual research and setting up targeted email campaigns. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the solutions within the target market.
• Work with our sales team to develop targeted telesales and email campaigns within their territories.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Work with our marketing team to improve traffic and lead generation from our website.
• Gain knowledge related to the products and services we offer
Preferred Experience
• Grade 12 / Matric Non Negotiable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / business, Communications, or related field
• 0-3 year’s telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or Business Development exposure
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.
• A proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Experience
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
